Okay, so a few weeks ago someone posted the Etsy of Ashundiin, a native woman who does amazing bead work. She’s Navajo, and her earrings are some of the prettiest beaded works I’ve seen in a long time.

You see that first picture up there? That’s my mom’s Christmas gift. Its a hand beaded barrette. Not only was Ashundiin willing to do custom colors for me, but she was amazingly sweet, and the whole thing was done in about a week in a half. That’s amazing for beaded work, first and foremost. Second most? The price was great. All of her prices are great.
